Digital Transformation for the Future of Ports
In the digital era, seaport and logistics industries are facing major challenges: how to improve management efficiency, optimize transport and warehousing, while ensuring green transition and global integration. Hackathon Digiport Logistics 2025 is launched with the mission to explore and develop innovative solutions for digital transformation in port logistics – from smart port management and digitalized operations to sustainable and eco-friendly solutions.
More than a competition, this Hackathon is a platform where students, logistics experts, enterprises, and international organizations collaborate to tackle global challenges. Hackathon-Digiport- Logistics acts as a bridge, bringing creative ideas from classrooms to real-world applications, contributing to the growth of Vietnam’s digital economy and modern logistics.

- Prize Structure
- 🥇 First Prize: 01 team – 15,000,000 VND
- 🥈 Second Prize: 01 team – 10,000,000 VND
- 🥉 Third Prize: 01 team – 5,000,000 VND
- All members of the Top 5 teams will receive Logistics Training Vouchers from Tan Cang STC.
- The 03 winning teams will have the opportunity to present their results to international guests, business leaders, the university, and The high level officials of the Netherlands.

- Program Objectives
- Accompany the Netherlands Consulate General in the series of events welcoming the Dutch Minister of Trade’s visit to Vietnam.
- Promote exchange and learning among students from universities, colleges, and vocational schools across the country.
- Inspire innovation and practical problem-solving thinking in the field of logistics.
- Strengthen connections between students – universities – businesses – and diplomatic agencies.
- Affirm the pioneering role of UMT University in training high-quality logistics human resources.
- Competition Structure:
- Kick-off: Introduction of the theme, challenges, and key issues in digital logistics at seaports.
- Idea Development: Identifying problems, proposing solutions, and receiving guidance from mentors and experts.
- Model Building: Transforming ideas into products, applications, or solution prototypes.
- Presentation & Evaluation: The Top 20 teams will present their solutions before the Jury.
- Each team will have 5 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A. The Jury will select the Top 5 teams to advance to the Final Round and compete for prestigious awards.
